Redevelopment Proposals

J Ross Developments Limited is preparing to submit a planning application for the redevelopment of the former Bill House site.

The emerging proposals of this brownfield site include:

  • 40 four-bedroom family townhouses, each benefitting from dedicated parking, EV charging, an air-source heat pump, solar panels and battery storage.
  • A 70-bed care home with dedicated staff and visitor parking.
  • New areas of high-quality landscaped open space, incorporating extensive tree planting and a diverse species, alongside communal gardens and children’s play area.
  • Continued existing vehicular access via Villa Road.
